why some ppl say you cant teach the magick path to somebody younger than 18? ???what you think?

I never heard of this particular rule, but It makes sense I guess. With magic comes responsibility and also being able to take the conequences of your actions. A child or young teen might not be mature enough to use their magic wisely.
