I was taught how to use a pendulum to seek guidance from the spirit realm or my Higher Self a long time ago. And I thought I would share what I've learned with you so that if you like, you can go ahead and pendulum for yourselves.
I have never had a store bought pendulum. I have always used a sting and a ring. But store bought pendulum's are more balanced and easier to swing because of it.
For those of you who don't know what a pendulum is; a pendulum is a tool that one can use to communicate with the spirit realm. It will make circles, and swing in particular manners to give you answers from the spirit realm to questions that you seek. It can only give yes or no, or maybe answers, so you must get good at formulating the questions about your future, for instance, in order to use it well.
I have found it to be quite handy and accurate through the years personally. I used it so often at one point in my life, that I knew within 15 minutes of what time Dean would come home from work daily, because I would ask, and my pendulum would tell, me, LOL. I don't use it near as much anymore though.
To begin using a pendulum, just put a ring on some sort of string and secure it around one of your fingers. Then rest your elbow on something to keep it steady, and let the ring dangle from the string. Stop the ring from moving completely.
Then you need to ask your Higher Self, (you Super-conscious Mind), to show you what your yes will be by moving the string. If you want, you can ask your Holy Guardian Angel to move the string instead. It doesn't matter which one you ask. Either will answer you if you have the knack for this. The ring should start moving slightly at this point in time. Give it at least 30 seconds, to see for sure which direction it is going to be going for sure, and that will be your yes answer.
My personal yes answer is a clockwise circle. But it can also be a counter clockwise circle, a back and for swing, or a side to side swing. In order to determine what your other answers are, you ask the same way aforementioned, and the pendulum should answer you by swinging in the direction it will swing when it is answering you. My personal no answer is a counter-clockwise circle, and my personal maybe is a side to side swing.
