From what I have read so far, these psi exercises are what I have learned how to do naturally being a psychic. I didn't know that there were names for what I had learned to do. I have been doing many of the "exercises" for the past 20 years or so, for different reasons, when there is a need for it. I think it is nice that there is a website out there that will teach people how to do these exercises. What I find a little strange though, is that it doesn't seem to teach one why to do the exercises. Knowing why to do them is important also in my opinion.

Huh.
I believe in the potential for telepathy, telekinesis, etc, though I've got no direct experience of any of it. (I'm probably the least psychic person I know. Unless you count divination, anyway.)
But the use of the terms "psi" and "psionics" are HUGE red flags for me. Dungeons & Dragons and Babylon 5 spring too readily to mind, I guess.

I am just surprised that there are names out there for the things that I have learned how to do, LOL! Of course, I shouldn't be surprised. There are a lot of people interested in learning how to use thier energy to the fullest degree. I think I will study this website a little more, not really paying attention to what the names of the exercises are, rather paying attention to the exercises themselves and what they might be useful for.
