Its a fact people that in little countries are happier than the people in big cities?why?why they dont feel the need to have what people in cities have and go to the places they go?why people in the real important jobs dont look happy?

You mean that people in the countryside are happier than people in large cities?
I guess the level of stress is different, and the means to relax and get peace of mind are different. In the countryside you can go out for a walk in the woods or dig in your garden, while in the big city people drink a Martini or see their psychoanalyst.
As for people in really important jobs not looking happy, I think the answer is that the higher your pay is, the more responsibilities you have. A lot more is expected out of you if you are paid a lot and you might be responsible for other people and their results too and not only yours.
