In my opinion, yes. I believe that new souls are birthed every day, and that some souls are thousands if not millions of years old. Of course the souls that are millions of years old probably don't incarnate on this 3rd dimensional Earth because they have already learned the lessons of the 3rd dimension, and have graduated to the higher dimensions to learn other lessons. I also believe that the older souls that incarnate on this Earth often come to bring love and light to other's as well as learn their own lessons. Therefore they are usually the most peaceful, loving people that you meet. They are also VERY naturally magickal having lived so many other lives on Earth, and having that "soul knowledge" stored within them to access.  |
