you think Leviatan and Cthulhu are the same creature?

no. Leviathan and Cthulhu are two seperate beings with a similar form. Leviathan is a demon lord of the underworld where as Cthulhu is a god-like being of emmince power...they are both a type of serpent though

Plus, while I won't argue that Leviathan is real, at least exists in myth. Cthulhu was unheard of before 1928 when HP Lovecraft published "The Call of Cthulhu" a short story (as in, work of fiction.) Lovecraft's writing style included a tendancy to claim that the stuff he was making up was actually discovered in some ancient, secret tome (i.e. Necronomicon). This is a literary device, never meant to be taken for truth.
Cthulhu is "a pulpy, tentacled head surmounted a grotesque and scaly body with rudimentary wings" - more squid like, I'd think. AFAIK, the bible doesn't contain any actual description of Leviathan, basically all you get is he's really big and strong and lives in the sea. In modern Hebrew, Leviathan means "whale."
