Everyone has a guardian angel and at least one spirit guide that they are born with who protects and watches over them throughout their life. Learning to communicate with your spirit guide or guardian angel is a big step, and can help you a lot as you can ask them to protect you before you astral travel. You can ask them to guard over you so that no negative energy or entity mess with you while you are astral traveling, and it comes in very handy to do this.  |
