black magick and reborn

do ppl that used black magick all theyr life can reborn?if they can...
they have free will or they reborn evil without free will beings?do they became demons?

I believe, and this is only my belief, that people that do black magick are reborn as humans again. But they are probably reborn into very hard lives, in order to make up for the pain that they caused so many other people. We ALWAYS have to make up for the pain that we cause other people in one way or the other in my belief system.
