Well Pranayama is good for relaxation and reduces anxiety.
I know several who have benefited from pranayama. A useful ratio is 1:5:4; which is the commonest ratio.

I don't mean to sound dense or anything, but what do you mean by pranayama?

pranayama is a yogic breathing technique. The most common method was alternate nostril breathing. If you get a chance go to the library and get an old book on yoga and just browse it. there is a lot of stuff on the web that I am unsure about hence my suggestion that you get an old book:-)
Besides I only ever recommend tried and tested methods that I have used myself

OK, I will do some research on this pranayama. It might help me to get through these horrible withdrawels. I seem to have huge rushes of adrenaline coursing through me daily now, and it is quite uncomfortable. I do know certain yoga breathing techniques already, so I could use those until I find out more about this pranayama. They might help as well. So thanks for reminding me.

I have found that melatonin is a natural sleep remedy that works really well. My Grandmother is the one who turned me onto it, and I have been using it with much success. So has my son Mickael, on the nights when he is having a hard time falling to sleep.
