Need some advice on natural remedy for arthritis, I have it in my knee's and foot. I was getting cortisone shots for it but like most things they ware off.I am in agony the last few days with my arthritis because its going to rain. And this time of year when the cooler weather is trying to come in and its still warm out , it also gets kinda humid. bad combo. I was using Vicks to rub on my knee, that works for a little bit. Also acetominephen is bad for the liver to keep taking.

I have my mom taking Yucca/Devil's Claw capsules and they're working wonders for her. If you're prone to diarrhea, though, just do the Devil's Claw, no Yucca.
You can also make an ointment out of beeswax, olive oil, and cayenne pepper to apply externally, sort of like BenGay. I don't know anyone who's done this though, so I'd recommend starting with small amount so cayenne and increasing as needed.
I'll look up some other stuff for ya when I get a chance.

Ill try the Devils Claw, I do have a "unpredictable" stomach. the beeswax sounds good but im kinda quesy about the cayenne pepper. but perhaps Ill give it a shot. thanks thorn. I was taking condroitin tablets but they seemed to give me stomach problems.
