Moby Grape Reuniting

I heard through the grapevine that Moby Grape is rehearsing for reuniting for a show they will be doing in San Fransisco this upcoming January! You know that I will be there if there is any possible way that I can be. It is rumoured that they will have Skip's son filling in for Skip, and that they will be playing at the Fillmore in San Fransisco. I cannot wait to find out if this is really true or not for sure. It is from a fairly reliable soarce, so I am really hoping that it is. ;D

Well, that show never happened. But, Moby Grape is scheduled to play a festival in California at the end of July this upcoming summer! So hopefully I will be attending this show.

Well the show that Moby Grape was going to play was The Summer of Love show, but they backed out! I am SO disappointed. On the otherhand, Jerry Miller who lives here in Tacoma where I live, is thinking about reforming Moby Grape and my old man might be trying out to be the drummer of the band! Jerry wants to get out there and tour before too many more years go by, and none of the other guys from the origional Moby Grape seem to be interested. So Jerry is going to get new players, and move on without them.
