why some people have magick powers and others not?

why some people have magick powers or psy powers some both and other dont have either?on what depends how many powerful are those powers and what makes them stronger or weaker?evrybody that has psy abilities or magick powers theyr powers increase evry year?do all magick powers and psy powers awake at 13 yrs?

I believe the age of the soul makes a difference in how many psychic abilities one has. An old soul will naturally have more than a young soul in most cases, although there are exceptions to this.

I think that one's psychic abilities usually starts much younger than the age of 13. But some people might awaken at the age of 13. We are all different, and puberty certainly might play a part in ones awakening.

I would not say that everyone's psychic abilities increase by the year. One has to use thier abilities in order to get them to be stronger. If one ignores their abilities, they might actually diminish over the years, although I could be wrong.
