In my experience, a binding is mainly used to stop someone from hurting other's or hurting themselves. That is ONLY my experience though, and my experience is very limited when it comes to bindings. Because the bindings are being done to help another rather than hurt, I doubt that there is a heavy price to pay for doing them, although there may be a price that I am unaware of.  |
