Reincarnation

I believe in reincarnation, although I was raised in a Christian household and you couldn't have told me that reincarnation was a truth when I was younger! But over the years I have had many dreams of actually being other people but also being me, as well as conscious memories come to me of previous lives, so I am a believer now. In the gnostic gospels it says that Christ taught reincarnation, and I believe that as well. So that means that even early Christians believed in reincarnation. So many of the worlds religions believe in reincarnation that it is definately something that should be considered might be a truth. And once you open your mind to the possibility that it could be true, you may have dreams or memories come to you like I did, although each of us will have our own personal revelations in a different way.

I have often thought about going to a hypnotherapist and getting some past life regression work done, as I think sometimes we must go through the same lessons over and over again until we get them right. But I haven't done so yet. I had the chance many years ago when I worked as a manager at a wholitic healing center, but i wasn't ready for it at the time. Too bad, I am sure that I could have really used the information over the years. It is something I am hoping to do in the future however. Anyone have any thing on reincarnation they would like to talk about?

I believe in it too. I've had deja vu experiences before, known things that I shouldn't have known. I've had dreams as well. I did a research paper in college on reincarnation and there are many examples in the gospels of reincarnation.

Long ago my (ex) mom-in-law and I did some regressions. She had taken some regression classes that were taught by Laurie Cabot herself. She had learned some ways to bring people through a remembrance/regression. My mother in law's voice during these regressions was very meditative so I had her tape it for me so I could utilize it on my own - unfortunately I lost the tape during my many moves but I do have my regression journals. For the most part I was a female but in one of these remembrances I was a male. I always thought you'd remain the same sex but I've been told & shown differently.

I have been shown people from a past life that I know in this life and helped greatly in my relationship with them. I highly recommend having a regression especially if you're going through turmoil.

Debbie: I am going to ask my mom-in-law if she still has some of the techniques she had. They also did a form of mediation which brought forth your spirit guides. At the time I wasn't quite ready for that but believe I will ask her if she has that as well. The regression techniques were not hard but then I was meditating quite regularly back then so I think that helped. If she does I will scan the techniques so you can try them, that's of course if you want them.

I had one regression where my mother in law said I was crying - I have never spoken outloud in any regression but the memories were so vivid that immediately afterwards she would write down what I said or we taped it so I would not forget.

I too believe we will continue to come back until we get it right with those that we had bad karma with OR until we worked off the debt in another way. We come into the world with a mission and knowledge... I believe somehow we choose our path before coming back into the world it's up to us to find the path, make it tidy & neat again and at the end.. we finally get to go home.
