Good Morning! What's for breakfast? What are your grand plans for this lovely day? How are you going to make this day a good one? Tell us! Then choose one single word that shall be todays goal for you.My breakfast was freshly squeazed lemon and orange, cinnamon and cardamom Yogi tea with milk and honey, raspberries.
Today I will spend doing poweryoga and taking a walk. Just getting in shape. I have started a 20 day cleansing program for my body. No coffee, black tea, white sugar, meat or alcohol. And no fried or ready-made food. I am going to detoxify my entire system. It'll be great!
Todays word will be: Transformation.

Good morning. My breakfast today was whole wheat toast with milk. I am going to dance for 20 minutes today for my exercise, and clean up my kitchen since it was demolished when I got home from camping yesturday, and I wasn't in the mood to do it then. I am also going to have a family meeting about how my family doesn't clean up after themselves, and make everyone pick up all of their own stuff out of the livingroom and diningroom finally, since they have really been slacking off and getting away with it lately. My word for the day is: discipline.

Good morning everyone!
I have just made myself a cup of Yogi Tea with cinnamon, cardamom and milk. I haven't yet decided on what breakfast to have... I'll take the kids to school first. Then some yoga, brekkies and off to work.

Good morning everyone! I finally have the house to myself for a while today, as Mickael, my youngest, is off to his first day of school. I am planning on just enjoying the peace and quiet, and taking a nice perfumed bath. I am not hungry, so I probably won't eat much of a breakfast today.

I can't believe that you people live in the land of pancakes and maple syrup and don't eat it! American pancakes are divine and so much better than our flaccid ones. As for the french crepe.. Oh please! French food is nice but they don't understand breakfast:-0

Well, Creator is from Sweden, which is also a land of tiny little pancakes - if the stuff they serve at Ikea is anywhere near authentic, anyway. Me, I don't do breakfast. I get nauseous if I eat this early. Had a cup of coffee this morning, that's it. Sometimes I'll have fruit if I'm actually hungry. (I have, however, been known to have a nice stack of pancakes with maple syrup for other meals. I'm not exactly a stickler for tradition.) I'm actually having a really good morning, considering I'm at work. Hope you all are too! (Having a good morning, I mean. Not so much the work thing.) Word for the day: Serenity.

I am only having coffee today too, Thorn. Most of the time I do what you aren't supposed to do, and skip breakfast too. My coffee is vanilla flavored though, so it counts as a breakfast for me. I love pancakes, I just don't eat them in the morning. I like to make breakfast dinners though, and we eat them then. My family prefers French toast, but I am a pancake person myself. I have got to go grocery shopping today, and also have to babysit my Granddaughter later on. I will probably have her all night. She has turned into a little handful! Course that is normal for a 14 month old baby. She is so smart though! She already understands the word no, and although she can't say it herself, she will shake her head whenever she doesn't want to do anything. Her little curls are so cute when she shakes her head, it is just adorable. I just love her so much. My word for the day is responsibility.

Well, Creator is from Sweden, which is also a land of tiny little pancakes - if the stuff they serve at Ikea is anywhere near authentic, anyway. Yes Thorn, the mini pancakes are called "Plättar" but we don't eat them for breakfast. I like big breakfasts. I could eat spaghetti bolognese in the morning. I need a lot of food in the morning so I eat less later in the day instead. Every time I visit England I like to indulge in the famous English breakfast. A total calory bomb but I love it. Got to avoid doing it all the time though after I've moved to Rochester, or I will get fat. Today I didn't have time to eat breakfast but I ate a big brunch at work. Word of the day: Lazy.

Morning people! This is my last day of freedom for a while now because school starts tomorrow and it's my graduation year *woopee*. I'm on my own in the house, so I'll probably do nothing, and maybe kickbox

Good morning everyone! I am going to be babysitting and housecleaning today. I am the only babysitter that my daughter has this week, unfortunately. I am going to be babysitting most of the week. And with my Granddaughter being 14 months old, she really keeps me busy. So I will be very lucky to get much of anything done today at all, LOL! Word of the day: Flow

Good morning. My breakfast today, isn't much of a breakfast really. I am just having coffee. My plans for the day are to go up to the mountain that I live so close to, Mt. Rainier. It is beautiful up there. We are going to go to a couple of places in the national park there, mainly our 2 favorites, Paradise and Cougar Rock. I am hoping to do a little bit of hiking today. Just easy hikes, as that is all I am in shape for lately, darn it. But it is better than no hikes! Word for the day today is beauty.

Not sure how I'm going to get things to work out today... My oldest son has been home for 2 days now with a cold. He is still not well enough to go back to school, but I simply cannot afford to stay home from work another day. I think I might have to bring him along and let him sit in another room and do mathematics homework... Not a good solution but what else to do?
I don't want to ask my mum to look after him when he has a bad cold because she is old and get complications usually if she gets ill.
Word for the day: Efficiency.

Good Morning- Sorry to hear that your son is sick, Creator. I hope that he is feeling better soon. I am having vanilla flavored coffee for breakfast again today. I am not supposed to babysit today, and everyone is gone until 3 pm. That is when the first one comes home. The other's usually show up between 6 and 8 pm, and that is when it really gets hectic around here. I am going to be enjoying the peace that I have until 3 pm by doing whatever I want, LOL! ;D The word for the day is relaxation.

Good morning! I'd much rather go back to bed but there's work to be done. Brekkies: A sandwich with liver paté and fresh basil. Yeah I said liver. I need some iron. A squeezed orange and a cup of tea. I'll eat some more later on. I'm tired and a bit dizzy... Feel like I haven't slept at all. Word for the day: ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
