Thanks Debbie, it was a great day and a good end to the year. I got some good Kharma recently when I found a cell phone and returned it to it's owner. After that we got some unexpected help through these rather tough times that I know a lot of us have experienced recently. I didn't finish a CD this year but I got a good start and I know a drummer who has a recording studio. Part of the problem is trying to operate the recording controls on my PC while still trying to concentrate on the music. Maybe if someone else steers the ship it'll all come together. If anyone wants to contribute art or other ideas to the project that would be most welcome. I'm doing this strictly for fun and to share with friends and I suppose to leave some kind of record. If it leads to something else, better yet. Eventually I want to get into short documentaries films set to music. As always this forum provides one of many sources of inspiration and I wish you all the best 2008 ever!

Well, ever onward with the music, Thorquest! You'll find a way to do it. Isn't it great when you get some good karma for a change? I know that I love it! I am not much of an artist these days, although I used to be in my youth, otherwise I might be able to come up with something. I am too darned busy with babies in my old age again, LOL! Good luck finding someone to help with the artwork though. |
